General Introduction & Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the csino platform ("Platform" or "Site") and all its services. The platform is an online gaming service operated for users in Bangladesh.
When you open an account on csino, log in, or play any game, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

- Allowing anyone else to play using your account is prohibited.
- You must not have been previously and permanently banned from csino.
Account Registration & Management
3.1 — Registration Process
To register on csino, you must provide accurate and complete information. Opening an account with false or misleading information is prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
3.2 — One Person, One Account
Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed immediately and any funds held may be forfeited.
3.3 — Password & Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
3.4 — Identity Verification (KYC)
csino reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other valid document may be requested for this purpose. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 — Deposit
Accepted methods for depositing funds on csino are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
Deposited funds must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third parties are not accepted.
4.2 — Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawal funds will only be sent to the payment account registered in your profile.
4.3 — About Rocket
Rocket is the mobile financial service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. It is one of our supported payment methods, and both deposits and withdrawals can be made through it.
4.4 — General Payment Policy
- There is no guarantee of a refund on deposited funds — the possibility of loss in gaming is always present.
- In the case of suspicious transactions, csino reserves the right to hold payments pending investigation.
- In cases of money laundering or illegal financial activity, the account will be immediately closed and legal action will be taken.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
csino offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
- Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: ৳42,000 deposited → ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳62,000.
5.2 — Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (on the bonus only — not on the deposit).
5.3 — General Bonus Terms
- The welcome bonus can be received only once per account.
- After receiving a bonus, wagering must be completed within a specified time limit.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.
- csino reserves the right to modify or discontinue the bonus program at any time.
- Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — they can only be used in games.
VIP Program & Cashback
csino's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and enjoy weekly cashback benefits.
- Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
- Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
VIP tier assignment and cashback amounts are at csino's discretion. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback.
Prohibited Activities & Fair Use Policy
The following activities are strictly prohibited on csino:
- Using any software, bots, automation tools, or artificial techniques to gain an advantage.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
- Colluding with other players to obtain bonuses or rewards.
- Using any illegal or fraudulent payment method.
- Using or redistributing information obtained from the platform for commercial purposes.
- Harassing, intimidating, or misleading other members.
For any of the above violations, csino may close the account without notice, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.
Gaming Rules & Outcomes
All games on csino are conducted fairly and transparently. We are committed to SSL encryption and ensuring fair play.
8.1 — Game Outcomes
Although individual game outcomes may sometimes be affected by internet connectivity or technical issues, the result recorded on the server will be considered final in such cases. In the event of any dispute, csino's decision is final.
8.2 — Technical Errors
csino is not responsible for winnings incorrectly displayed due to server or software errors. csino reserves the right to automatically correct such cases.
8.3 — Game Providers
csino offers content from various well-known game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and many more. The terms of use of these providers may also apply.
Intellectual Property
All content on the csino platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and game content — is protected under the intellectual property rights of csino or relevant third parties.
Copying, modifying, distributing, or using any content from the platform for commercial purposes without our written permission is prohibited.

Account Closure & Termination
12.1 — Closure at Member's Request
You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. Withdrawing your balance before account closure is possible (subject to a minimum of ৳800 and fulfillment of wagering terms).
12.2 — Termination by csino
csino may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of the Terms.
- Registration with a false identity or age.
- Suspicious financial activity or attempted fraud.
- An order from a court or government authority.
Limitation of Liability
csino is not liable for the following:
- Financial loss in gaming — this is entirely at the user's own risk.
- Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
- Delays or issues with third-party payment services.
- Loss resulting from unauthorized use of an account.
- Issues arising from technical errors or server downtime.
In any circumstances, csino's total liability will not exceed the amount of your most recent deposit.
Dispute Resolution

If the matter is not resolved through the support team, the decision of csino's authority will be considered final.
